This week is DiWREKtor's Cut's very first animated movie episode! And what better movie to highlight than the beloved 2007 Pixar classic–Ratatouille. Ratatouille is a 2007 Disney-Pixar animated film directed by Brad Bird about a French rat with a passion for cooking and the unlikely friendship he forms that let's him pursue it. It won the 2008 Academy Award for Best Animated Feature (the third Pixar film to do so!) and the Grammy award for Best Score Soundtrack for Visual Media for the composition work of Michael Giacchino. With a timeless score sure to transport you to a Parisian kitchen, Ratatouille is the perfect light-hearted watch for people of all ages.
