long time no see! hope everyone is having a good summer :) while my tenure at mode8 is over, sometimes an idea strikes and you can't help but pull some tracks together. the idea for this setlist comes from two places: first, I saw a video about Delay Lama (freeware audio synthesizer straight from the 2000s, constructing vocal chants in any pitch and tone) in reggaeton that mentioned some other uses in Kirby Air Ride that got me thinking about other games. one such other game, in fact, is Rhythm Heaven Groove! I played this with my cohost recently and heard this lovely synthesized voice in the title track :0 if you've listened to the show for a while, Delay Lama has also come up in UNDO UNDO by Rolobi - one of my personal favorite original tracks from the show. check out the playlist below, and I hope you enjoy!
