This week here at Gold Soundz we had the opportunity to interview the band The Backfires!

The Backfires are an indie rock band from both sides of the Atlantic! Based in New York, the trio is composed of Alex (lead vocals), Max (drums), and Harry (guitarist). Fresh off their first studio album, This Is Not An Exit, and starting their second tour, The Backfires are quickly rising in the indie rock scene. We were able to talk to the band about everything from their musical influences, the experience of preforming live together, and creating music while across the ocean from each other. We even were able to make a playlist live with the band - including walk up songs and their favorite underrated songs.
